OWP application with common law sponsorship application

Hello everybody!
I am currently working on the paperwork for the owp application that I'll include with the inland common law sponsorship application, and I am not sure if I need to include the form IMM5409, 'statutory declaration of common law union' for the owp or not. It is not required for the sponsorship application itself, but for the owp it only states 'if applicable', but does not explain further when you are applicable for it.

Yes you need it if you're common law! You can also add it as further proof to the sponsorship application

Thanks for the quick response! another quick question, how much does it charge to notarize it? I'm still on the hunt for a notary public near me. it's better that I can have a general idea in mind tho.

I think the guy we went to charged us about 80 to 90 bucks, but we rounded it up to a 100, as a tip because he got us the appointment in really fast during the beginning of the pandemic. I don't remember how much it was without the tip though, I'm sorry!

Yeah I paid for biometrics. They refund you if you don't need to take them again.
