I received my AIP today
I still cant quite believe it yet. Unfortuntaley I didnt get DM at the same time because CIC emailed me asking for me to do the medicals,even though I already did and sent it with the PR Application (and the medicals are still valid until April 15th). So anyways after calling CIC they finally found my medicals in their system and said they will add it to my application.
My MAIN QUESTION is though : Dont you usually get your OWP approved together with your AIP? Isnt it even in the same email?
My email said I may now apply for an OWP. But I already did and sent the application with the PR application.
I asked a CIC call center agent and he said they are working on it right now and I can expect it within the next 2-3 weeks?! IS THIS TRUE? I was so excited to be able to work again soon but now I have to wait almost an entire month more?
Whenever I read somebody received AIP they always received their OWP on the same day... Or not?
