Owner Operator LMIA Work Permit.

I get the general idea of this path to a Work Permit: start or buy a business and then employ yourself on a TWP.

What I can't find anywhere is the Step by Step process for doing it. Does anyone have any links to the full process? Is it an LMIA for a high wage worker or low wage worker etc...?

Any pointers would be gratefully received.

Much obliged. Have you any thoughts on how to go about this as a Sole Proprietor? I know there's an option on the LMIA forms etc but I'm not sure how that feeds into the high wage/low wage and hourly rate situation as I am paid by the day and not to a set Monday to Friday rota in my work...
