I'm not even sure where to start. My husband and I live in the US with our two kids and two cats. We want to move to Canada. I am a Canadian citizen. I have not applied for citizenship for my kids yet but I will. What we would like to do would be to save up money during the application process and then when he is approved, all move to Canada at once. He has a friend there who has a job for him. I would like to apply for grad school in Canada and go to school while he works.

I'm just wondering what the timeline is like and if this is possible or realistic. Thanks!

I suggest you get the Certificate of Citizenship apps going for the kids ASAP.

Outland American apps generally average around 6 months.
