hi , could anyone help me please. I am too much worried about it .
I got student visa in December 2011 in level 5 of Uk. I passed the level 5 exam . But awarding body finished . I did B2 English test and get admission in level 6 , I was about to finish the course in the meanwhile UKVA revoke my college . My visa was in home office. The college put an application in the court against UKVA . My application was still in progress. Once UKVA raid at home and detained me . I put an application on the behalf of my fiance. They release me . Then later I broke up with my fiance . My marriage decided with my cousin . She is a Canadian citizen. We got married in February 2017 . I came in Pakistan January 2017, so my wife gone to Canada. Now we are about to apply. Anyone help me bcoz we have no solicitor or representative. I filled the form but I didn't mention in the form the whole story . Thanks

Its really important to tell everything to CIC anyways they will find out even if you don't mention it. But then it's too late most likely your application will get refused due misrepresentation.

You can mention the complete story on a separate sheet and attach this with your application when you submit it.

Hey OP, you can hide whatever you want, but you will suffer the consequences. You have to know that Canada shares the immigration/visa information with UK, USA, New Zealand, Japan and Australia. So, it doesn't matter you want to hide or not, CIC will find it out anyway.

Thanks buddy , basically I hided this situation from my wife .

If you lie in your app, expect that IRCC will find out, refuse your app and ban you from Canada for misrepresentation. Good luck hiding it from your wife when that happens...

Is tthanks a lot

I don't wanna mention in my application.

In that case you can expect your application to be refused and to be banned from Canada for 5 years.

Ok I am thinking about it to disclose information. Thanks a lot for helping me

You have no choice but to disclose it. Your history from the UK will be easily found during background checks.

Thanks you Scylla . Is there any option to get rid of this . I know it's a difficult but you know every difficulty has a solution. If I change my name on passport. What do you think about it ?

No - there is no option to get rid of this. A name change won't fix anything. A name change will be discovered in background checks along with your past immigration history. Your ONLY option is to fully disclose your immigration history in your PR application. Again, if you fail to fully disclose your immigration history - you will be refused and banned from Canada for five years.

If you really do not wish to disclose your past immigration history, then the solution is to forget about immigrating to Canada.
