Thanks man. But they could have told us earlier that the previous marriage certificate was unacceptable. When MP contacted them several times, they only responded that her file was "complex" but they never told us what the complexity was...

They never say so,always keep people in the dark until the last minute…its really annoying for sure.!!i understand your situation.i have the same situation too …waiting to reunite with my wife and kids since 2019 until now just nothing done.

If don't mind me asking, do they accept email submission nowadays or the specified to submit documents via mail post ?

My dependent got the same mail but Ircc asked for biomateric fee as well.. I submitted all documents visa postal mail and it’s delivered in 2 days but no confirmation or anything yet.should I send a online submission as well or postal is enough ?

You know what you should do call the ircc number press 2 1 1 2 4 enter your dependant file number then birth year. After the machine starts talking press 1 again it should tell you if they received the additional documents or not. The machine tells you if they got it or not

The visa you got does not tie you to your mother. You can travel independent of each other to Canada. There are no difficulties to face at the airport. As a matter of fact, you will be so welcome and treated nicely. Congratulations!

1: my father granted PR in June 2019.
2: London visa office asked us for documents in march 2020 and Lockdown started due to covid 19. September 2020 lockdown lifted and embassies reopened.
3: IRCC asked us to appear for medical in December 2020. But my mom's xray showed some scars in lungs .
4: March 2021 her repeat xray done and she diagnosed with active TB.
5: Her tb treatment ended on 9th November 2021.
6: 26 January 2022 we received passport request. On 8 February we received our passports back with visa and COPR.

The visa you got does not tie you to your mother. You can travel independent of each other to Canada. There are no difficulties to face at the airport. As a matter of fact, you will be so welcome and treated nicely. Congratulations!

I received aor August 15, 2021
They asked my wife for a criminal police certificate on February 6, 2022
The criminal police certificate was received for February 14, 2022, February 15february 2022.
He asked to repeat the biometrics, even though my wife had been working for two years to apply for a tourist visa, but she refused this time.
They ask for my wife and daughter who She is 8 years old and the money was paid again and a marriage contract was requested again. Is this normal?

Hi guys I am a spouse of an in canada protected person who is the principal applicant he put his application and included me and our child i was sent forms to fill in give information and include proof of relationship I also paid for biometrics they gave me two options to send the forms which is ircc secure account or web form but I have failed to send the forms coz web form has a limit of 3.5mbs en my documents are quite many I tried to compress but they are not clear how do I use the secure account to send the forms
