all i know is when your dependants file moves you get an application number plus uci for your dependants but in your case it’s diffrent I don’t know why
Read what is written again. There has been no AOR for the outland dependent. Only those dependents inland and PA got AOR and they all have PR now. One inland dependent was American, her application didn't start processing till PA got COPR; same time the outland dependent was requested to send another application to Accra. That is the normal process we all know. The American inland dependent has PR now too btw, took 2months to process her application.
The issue I am trying to bring to light here is this: Two applications for the outland dependent. The first one(sent by all members of family with that of the PA) shows up in Ecas. The second one(requested to be sent by outland dependent to Accra after PA got eligibility) is said to be on queue by response to webform by Accra office.
So why is Ecas showing the first application using the application number from Accra?

Been through other threads and old comments here. Seems to be the norm. Still gonna be on the lookout though.

No UCI number yet, haven't come across one anywhere. Just application number.

When I got my email that my application is now processing. I actually got my husband's and children UCI in that email. I was surprised. Because most people I have asked don't even have their spouses UCI. But they sent me mine and my husband and my children UCI. (They are all overseas).

is your application in pilot program?

can you share your timeline

No. It's not in any pilot program.

Application received May 29th 2020
AOR April 08 2021
Started processing October, 2021
Medical received
Recently told me to submit my FBI certificate which I only sent to them yesterday.

But I already had their UCI since October when it started to process.

Hope that helps.

P.S: what should I expect from them, now that they have my FBI results

Thanks for the update.
So, the process is undergoing a few changes.
As to what to expect:
Approval in principal. AIP( if you don't have that yet).
Your background check should hopefully be quick and done once they get the FBI clearance.
You probably won't hear anything till eligibility, then DM. InviteCOPR, then ECopr. All these could be just a couple of weeks away. Could be...

are your dependants in canada or outside?
Usually if they are outside then refugee gets pr first then file moves to outside Canada office
If inside then i think it will take 7-8 months for everyone to get PR. It could be faster too. 7-8 month is the max time that it can take

My dependants are well outside Canada and when mine is finished then theirs will start.

yes, by the way which country are your dependants in?

I was recently asked to provide proof of parentship and communication for one of my dependent children but not the other

is this normal? Do they always ask this?
