Overseas dependents. I have been waiting for 41 months now. Last request was biometrics in South Africa, last year October.

Hey everyone, I need some advice. I am a dependent from Pakistan, and the main applicant is in Toronto, Canada. She applied for refugee PR in March 2022, and we both received our eligibility letters in February 2024. Her health is not good, and she needs someone to take care of her. Does a doctor's recommendation to expedite the PR application process help, and can such a letter actually make the process faster?
