I have a question and will appreciate the expert opinion,
Overseas dependent children need to pay the "Right of Permanent Residence Fee" (RPRF), I have checked the website it's mentioned don't need to pay, but still looking for an expert or someone who has personal experience on this issue, because on PPR request documents they mentioned about it, but on the website, it's saying no. Thank you in advance.

I would try to raise a webform and explain to them (Visa Officer) nicely with a touch of humanitarian and emotional ground, how you are suffering alone here and how those impacting your life and how your partner is suffering there and how those impacting his life and finish with some nice words.
