Timeline for PA:

- We received your application for permanent residence on February 10, 2021.
- We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on September 25, 2021.

- 27/01/2022 start process and met the eligibility.

- 27/01/2022 the overseas office in ABU DHABI is responsible for processing the applications for permanent residence of my family members outside Canada.

- 29/01/2022 medical has been received.

- 25/03/2022 additional documents request.
- 25/03/2022 additional documents sent by webform.

- 03/06/2022 medical request again.
- 11/06/2022 medical pass.
- 13/06/2022 portal invitation.
- 14/06/2022 pre arrivals.
Portal has an issue showing address undefined.

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order to continue processing your application, an interview is required. The purpose of this interview will be to determine your eligibility for admission to Canada.
B. Submit the following by Email (in Word or PDF format) to dslam-immigration-convocation@international.gc.ca at least 7 days prior to your Interview date:

• Completed Schedule A (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm5669E.pdf) and Schedule 2 (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm0008_2e.pdf) forms for each person on the application who is 18 years of age or older.

This is fine. It is a normal process they do to get an updated version of those documents. Schedule A should explain up-to-date information on activities.

I am not sure about schedule 2. However, they need those two form updated and signed with a recent date.

Email them both updated documents 7 days before your scheduled interview.

Hi everyone,

Here’s the timeline for my process

1. Application received on March 30, 2021
2. AOR received on April 28, 2021
3. Started processing application on September 27, 2021
4. Requested additional documents for accompanying family member on September 27, 2021
5. Additional documents submitted for dependent on October 19, 2021
6. Medical requested for PA on April 10, 2022
7. Medical done on April 11 submitted on April 20, updated on the portal as received on April 23, 2022
8. Medical requested for dependent family member on June 10, 2022
9. Status updated as Decision Made on June 11, 2022 for PA

Awaiting further updates as there was no updated notes to support decision made. Medical for family member will be done in the coming week as all other documents including police record were submitted when the documents were requested.

So I received my pre arrival letter on June 11th and an email on June 13th advising me that my application was approved and responded to that email with the details for them to creat my profile on portal.

I received my portal login today, June 17th but in pure IRCC fashion, when I changed the password and logged in they did not link my application to the profile so I’m not able to confirm my address or upload a pic for my PR card.
