Apparently you can't. Only the main applicant can for his/her file. I tried linking my overseas spouse file to GCKey and it did not work. I called IRCC and I was told that it is not possible to link it unless it was sponsorship application for the overseas member.

IRCC is random these days no body knows whats going to happen with the current situation its very weird and random

i hope they process your application fast too

I m also in the pilot program.my dependents application processed in Mississauga office but as I got my PR they transferred it to London office and after submitting the check list still it is waiting for review.

why they transferred your application to london. Pilot means both applications are processed in Canada. May i ask where does your dependants live? What checklist did you submit?

Brother I have no idea.
But still I'm waiting that my dependents will be asked to go for medical .
I submitted my application with in the pilot program before it expired.
Any ways thanks for the reply and really appreciate it.
I have no choice just wait and see.

No body can apply for pilot. If somebody is eligible for pilot ircc send them a letter stating that did you get a pilot project letter
