My friend sent an email to the Singapore visa office and received the below email with his dependent's children's application number, which starts with G000xxxxxx. when checked online, it's showing PR application process started on September 28, 2021.

Does anyone on the same boat or anyone can tell what will be next step?

Please check with CPC Mississauga on the instructions for your dependants.

That is the initial application. The first one sent with that of the main applicant. The overseas dependent still needs to send a new application. The earlier the better.

Where need to send the application, is it CPC Mississauga or the overseas visa office ?

Naturally, that would have been included in the communication to the Main applicant. I have come across some people saying this bit of information is missing from their eligibility letters. If that same for you, call IRCC asap to find out where.

Yes, received eCOPR February 9, PR card March 25, 2022.

Not yet, but sent email to Singapore office, they replied with their application number, which is start with G000xxxxxx and asked to contact to CPC Mississauga office for instruction, but when check online with their application number, showing both are process started initially with main applicant.
