Hello Folks,

I have few weeks of over lapping experience in India and Canada. My last working day in India was 09/09/2020 and I started my job in Canada on 17/08/2020 . I was working from home (Canada) for my Indian Employer . Will it create any issue if I apply for the PR based on my Canadian experience start day ? Please suggest.

Considering that under EE you can only count 1 full-time work experience at a time and 30 hours max per week if you count per hours, I doubt any immigration officer will accept 2 overlapping jobs under the same period, either choose one or the other.

If I don’t include my Indian Experience then there will be gap of around 1.5 years .Do I need to provide any justification for that as well .

Hey.. my case is quite similar to you. I hope by this time you might have completed your PR process. Could you please share if there was any issue due to overlapping working days. it would be very helpful if you could share your guidance.
