Yes, for Group B there is sub cap of 200 with fall under over all cap of 8000

So that means total application received 3586+1732=5318?

Hey Man!!!! Dont scare us .......3586 is the total of NOC A+NOC B i.e. total number of applications accepted by CIC......

Nope that's not correct , Overall means for overall CEC program .

There are no such caps; they only count towards the overall cap.
In theory, it's possible to have 8,000 NOC A and O applications combined.

I am sure 3586 include all the NOC application, because, I calculate the B which is only about 1500 application.


why it is low , I do read some news, because, some occupation is excluded, and someone think express entry is fast ,

so ... , someone will worry express entry, but someone prefer it.
