over my 120days

I had applied to CIO in end of october 2009 .I was expecting the corespondence of the office through letter but they replied through e-mail on 13th of january 2010, which i couldn't check due to some personal business. I had submit the application & documents to the visa office within 120days of their e-mail . Now, the date is over due. My documents r complete now, i wana to consult, how can i proceed case?

The 120-day period starts as of the date you receive CIO email (i.e. Jan 13, 2010 for your case).
Thus your deadline would be May 13. I think they will make decision on the case after about 2 weeks of your deadline. So if you move fast, you may be lucky to have your docs received by the VO in 3-5 days (i.e. May 18, 2010)
Just HURRY and do not lose a second!!!
