Outstanding documents required by WES.

Hi all,

I have submitted both transcripts for my diploma and degree, which was properly sealed and stamped. Recently I've got an update saying they are waiting for my degree and diploma certificates. May I check do I need to get certificates to be attested or can I just send the photocopied certificates to them directly?

I've tried emailing them but no response. I really need help with this, please.

Did you get the confirmation of receipt of your documents? If yes, then your packet should have the following things attested by instutution:
1. Diploma DMC
2. Diploma Transcripts
3. Diploma Final Certificate
4. Degree DMC
5. Degree Transcripts
6. Degree Final Certificate
If any thing is missing, that might be the problem.

on the other hand, if you have not received confirmation of receipt of package, then you must wait because wes takes its own sweet time to update status on website even after physical delivery has been executed.

At the initial stage, I've sent transcripts of my diploma and degree in a sealed envelope and received by WES. The status has been updated as well.

However, they requested for my degree and diploma certificates now. I'm confused since these documents are not listed under "required documents". Is this normal?

Degree (provisional or final) is a must for WES. You can send them from your side. No need to worry, make sure you send them colored and clear copy of same.
