I have couple questions about my spouse sponsorship application

I'm using most of my information and documents from my express entry application(CEC).
  • In the document check list under the supporting documents for sponsored person says,
if listed in the country specific requirements for your country of citizenship:
  1. Copies of national identity cards – My country of specific is asking only family registration document. Do I need to provide national ID?
  2. A copy of your family booklet: my country of specific is asking The Family Registration Document is that same as family booklet?
  • Is there a min number of photo for wedding pictures (taken different places and times)
I can provide only 3 pictures taken different places and times for wedding and engagement. Do you think 3 would be enough?
  • Do I need to paper clip or staple the documents section by section?
If I was the immigration officer getting these documents all in one envelop (pictures and forms all together), I would be so confused. which one is for which. I was thinking to put them into envelops section by section or staple them so they all will be organized.
  • Should I include my travels to Canada after I become PR.
In my express entry application, I included my travels to Canada as well so we used the same information for the travel history but I have a travel after I got my PR card. Do you think this would be a problem adding the extra information because it's asking only the travels other than your country of residence and your country of origin.

NOTE: Its mandatory you must provide what's listed in the country specific requirements for your country (or countries) of citizenship or residence.

1. Copies of national identity cards – My country of specific is asking only family registration document. Do I need to provide national ID?

You are required to provide Copies of national identity cards (for yourself and all family members) if national identity cards is listed in the country specific requirements for your country (or countries) of citizenship or residence:

Its mandatory you must provide what's listed in the country specific requirements for your country (or countries) of citizenship or residence (i.e., The Family Registration Document) AND if national identity cards is not listed, then National ID is not mandatory.....however, if you have the National ID, then provide it in your application.

2. A copy of your family booklet: my country of specific is asking The Family Registration Document is that same as family booklet?

You are required to provide a copy of your family booklet if family booklet is listed in the country specific requirements for your country (or countries) of citizenship or residence:

Its mandatory you must provide what's listed in the country specific requirements for your country (or countries) of citizenship or residence (i.e., The Family Registration Document) AND if family booklet is not listed, then family booklet is not mandatory.....however, if you have the family booklet, then provide it in your application.

3. Is there a min number of photo for wedding pictures (taken different places and times)

You are required to provide a maximum of 20 photographs of your wedding, customary celebrations, engagement, and/or outings to support your
relationship (taken at different times and places)............refer checklist

4. I can provide only 3 pictures taken different places and times for wedding and engagement. Do you think 3 would be enough?

The checklist said maximum of 20, so there is no minimum, however, i don't think having only 3 pictures looks very okay in this digital age, only 3........you have to provide some convincing explanation in your application...........

5. Do I need to paper clip or staple the documents section by section?

Don't use staples to bind the documents........paper clip is manageable to organize the documents.

6. Should I include my travels to Canada after I become PR.

Yes, its good to include you travel documents like airline ticket, e.g., for your trip to marry outside Canada and to show how you have visited your spouse before marriage if they are outside Canada, and if you have visit your spouse after marriage you may also include the ticket.

But it says different places and different times. I have 1 engagement in one place, 1 wedding in one place and 1 wedding dinner in one place so I can provide max 3 pictures taken different places and different times. we have taken so many pictures in wedding and other ceremonies but they are all in one place and at the same time.

Provide the 3 pictures taken at different places and different times and any others pictures during your marriage to support your relationship....you could also provide a note to explain.

You are interpreting that way too literally. It is perfectly fine to submit multiple pictures from your wedding.
