Could we do the interview outside Canada?
Is that mandatory for everyone?

It's actually for my sister. She is outside of Canada. Did you do the interview online? Were they okay doing the interview from overseas?

Yeah, they wanna verify your identify by checking all of your IDs and assess your language skills.
