Outside canada class familly sponsor , work permit

I keep reading that now they gonna allow Wife waiting for pr from outside canada class to get apply for work permit .

Same time i see no option for that on ircc website , fake news or their website just not update? They seem to still only permit it from those applying for sponsorship , inside canada.

• a spouse, common-law partner or conjugal partner living in Canada who’s being sponsored for permanent residence
• an accompanying dependent child of the principal applicant

Before, this was:

• is being sponsored under the spouse or common-law partner in Canada class

But one must be in Canada physically to apply.

Yes , i saw that . Still when you want actually start the application there is only option for : sponsored under the spouse or common-law partner in Canada class
So i get the part that i need to ask a trv for my wife . But after that she still being sponsor outside canada ( for the pr application ) and there is no option for sponsorship outside canada that are on trv.

Hi I am Emghie from Philippines, I already started my application for work permit in Canada but the job that I am applying it is a low job skill.

I am planning to bring my common law partner with me in Canada, but as per our regulated consultant since my job is tier 4 or low job skill,

my common law partner can't able to accompany me to Canada as the government didn't approve yet. We live together for more than 2 years now.

Do you have any idea how long my common partner will wait to come in Canada since he is already on my application?
