Outside Canada application

Hello,
People speak about inside Canada and outside Canada applications. When I submitted my express entry profile, I was invited under CEC. There was no option to select inside or outside Canada. My work permit has expired and I have to leave the country. Please let me know on this.

So what is your question?

Inland/Outland depends on where your current country of residence is. If your address changes after eAPR then you should inform them of this change.
