Outside Canada after application submitted.

I am planning to go outside Canada. But my application for Express Entry was submitted and I received AOR from CIC.
It is said that we cannot go out of Canada while we are waiting for CIC request.
If I was outside of Canada, can I sent my Passport to embassy of Canada where I stay?

ohh...that's news to me! What if I am outside Canada for a month visiting home country? Very curious to know.

I'm not sure if it's good news. But I want to go out of Canada while it's in process. If something is possible to send my passport from outside of Canada. That's perfect for me.

Your understanding is correct. You cannot go out of Canada while your application is with CIC. Change your plans if you do not want your application to be rejected.
