American citizens are processed quickly through Ottawa. Your wife is a Green Card holder and you haven't actually said what country she is from. Processing times are greatly dependent on the home country.

She is from refugee from BHUTAN. she has an stateless status in the US... Her app is processing in Ottawa

Given that information, you should expect it to take many more months. Anything sooner would be a bonus.
