Outland Spousal Sponsorship - Updating PA information

If the PA changes employment during outland process , does VO require an update ? Is updating change in employment as neccessary as change in address and contact info?

I have SA already. My consultant said it doesnt matter but I cant if I want to. Each case is different though. Sponsor as noted in the app is leaving job to get one in Canada and I as PA have a remote job.
