Outland spousal sponsorship taking a long time

Hey so I’m from NY my wife is from Canada. We started an Outland spousal sponsorship in March that’s when I got my AOR. It’s now been 6 months with no update on passing anything. We used a lawyer and I’m also a DACA recipient. The office processing my application is Sydney Nova Scotia. Is there something going on? I’ve seen by now people leave. I haven’t even got a clearance for anything please help!
