May I ask, what is the difference between AOR1 and AOR ?

AOR1 - IRCC has received your application here in Canada and acknowledge its processing the file
AOR2 - IRCC transfers the file to PA home country / other immigration office for inland process and it the acknowledgement that those office have received the file and processing the same .

How can we know aout AOR2? I didnt get any email sying your file forwarded to "XXXX" visa office for further processing.

I my case i had no AOR 2 , since my application was processed in Ottawa , though applied outland . You will know your visa office on the sponsor approval letter you receive from IRCC. If the letter state your application is moved to other office center, i am assuming PA will get information on the AOR 2.

Thanks for the quick response. I got below text in my sponsor approval letter which is ambiguous.

"The Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s) will be forwarded to a visa office for further processing."

I had the same , so your application is being processed in Ottawa so you wont be getting any AOR2
