I sponsored my husband last year July 2023. His medical, biometric are done. I received en email from IRCC regarding eligibility of sponsor completed in oct 2023. His application was forwarded to Delhi immigration last year. They asked for his Police clearance because he lived in another country for more than 6 months. That was done in February 2024. Since then no update at all?? I can’t even check any application status online. Because representative won’t give us any info of gc key login. All I do is just call on the automated call system to know application status all they are saying is we are reviewing your eligibility??
is there anyone who is stuck in same situation?
I am trying my best to go see my husband. I recently went through miscarriage. I got a doctor’s note and write a letter too about my situation. I live here by myself. But no response from them?

Whoever you’re representative is are scamming you, you should always have access to login to your GC key and not them you the applicant need that information. Call IRCC and tell them you cannot login and have them send you a form to remove the representative off your file so you can have access to login and check your application status yourself.

I sent the imm5476 cancelling representative form via webform. And I was able to link my husband’s application to the GC key. But I can’t see anything over there. All I can see is his biometrics are done. That is all. Is there anyway to check the previous history of application what happened. It only shows from today. Because I was able to link it today.
when I try to make a PR tractor, it still shows my representatives’ email. I would need a code that they can send to an email which is still my representative. No idea what should I do next. I tried to reach IRCC, I couldn’t reach them.
