Outland Spousal Sponsorship. My wife already did the medical exam. However we cannot find anything from the IRCC tracker (https://ircc-tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/register)

Always get the following info:
Correct these errors:
  • Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.
 
Seems like you're trying to log in as a representative. Try logging in as a sponsor/applicant
 
The PR Tracker is not working, hasn't been updated since the beginning of June. Others are also having problems creating an account due to this problem. If you do not have a rep, then your best place to track your application is in GCKey.
