Outland Spousal Approved, but we have split up.

We are both outland in my home country, I got approved in September and applied in July.
We split in November, she still thinks I should go to Canada as is happy to still be 'responsible' for me.

So I've been thinking I will go in May 2020, obviously I will need to state in my interview we split up. And I take it I'm still ok to go? even though she may stay here for another year?

Any tips or thoughts?

If you have split up your ex partner must inform CIC of that fact. You cannot land as a permanent resident on the premise of being a spouse if you are no longer in that relationship. That would be immigration fraud and not something either of you want to be involved in.

How would they know?
What if we are planning on reuniting?

How would they know? Well, because you don't want to break the law, so you're going to tell them.
If you are planning on reuniting then you reunite and let CIC know
Then you get back together.
