Outland Sponsorship

Hi there! I am currently living in Canada but I would like to apply via outland sponsorship (we are not staying here long-term this year).
The application asks if my husband "resides in Canada and in no other country." Right now that is a yes, but we are leaving soon... I don't know what to do!
