Do most people send the sponsorship documents and the applicant documents at the same time?

Or is it better to send the sponsor documents first, and wait for invitation to send the applicant docs.

1. Read the instructions, you send both at the same time.

Send all the paperwork to the SA office, they send on the other papers for the PR.

Some people wait for them to request stuff, but it only adds in delaying the already slow process.
