I (Sponsor) am planning on visiting my spouse in the US this coming March to visit his family and spend time with them.
Our outland application is still in progress, it shouldn't be an issue if he comes back in with me to visit while the application is still on going right?
His return flight will be around end of May, we're sort of hoping everything should be fine by then so he doesn't have to go back if not we'd ask to extend his visitor record. He is currently unemployed but he has a lease for his apartment.
Are you seeing any problems with this plan? If he get his PPR in Canada he should be able to change into virtual queue for eCOPR right?
