Good luck. I hope your ROS application is approved.

Thank you very much, Ponga... I hope so too!
I definitely let you know, I am more than grateful for your help and support…

I wish you all a great weekend...

All the best! ;)

Hello everyone, I hope you all are well.

I am writing to tell you that unfortunately, my application for a visitor visa and restoration has been refused.
On top on that, according to the government, I must leave Canada immediately!

This is the letter they sent me yesterday...

As you can read, at the end of the letter they said;

When should I contact CIC?

You must notify Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) of any changes to your application. Examples of changes include:

- Changes in your personal circumstances, such as birth or adoption of a child, death of a family member, a marriage or a divorce;
- Change of contact information (e-mail, mailing address, telephone number);
- Appointment or change of immigration representative or designated individual;
- Decision to withdraw your application.

In my case, I got married in Montréal on June 23, 2015 and we have sent the "outland" sponsorship application on October 14, 2015 (24 days ago). So the question is, might I call to the CIC saying that my personal circumstances has changed? Should I say that I'm married and we have sent the outland sponsorship application?

This situation just has left me quite stunned and I don't know what to do... Is there any solution to avoid to leave the country? Please, I need your advices... Thank you very much in advance, I hope you have a great weekend!

The application is closed now, so letting CIC know about the marriage won't make a difference.

You have been ordered to leave Canada and you must do so immediately. If you stay, there is a very good chance that removal action will be taken, resulting in serious complications for your PR app.

Thank you very much for your response.
We have been talking to a lawyer. Now my case is in his hands.
Once again thank you very much for support!

There's nothing a lawyer can do for you. Since restoration has been refused, it is no longer possible to restore your status from within Canada. You need to leave Canada to do this.

Of course you can decide to remain in Canada without status. Doing so may complicate the processing of your outland application.
