Hi guys,
I was about to apply for my spouse's immigration, I realise that I need a QSC for her. I asked my spouse to download the form and fill it out. She sent me the form with her signature. Now I am confused how to apply for the immigration. Do I need to send all the CIC forms and supporting documents along with QSC form to quebec immigation office or they gonna send my application to CIC once they have approved it in quebec. Please reply asap. NOTE: I HAVE YET TO APPLY FOR THE QSC.

You seem a pretty confused about the process.

Sponsorship is a federal process. Quebec has nothing to do with processing the actual sponsorship application. As clearly stated in both the sponsorship guide and on the Quebec website, you must first submit the sponsorship application to IRCC.

IRCC will process the app and when the sponsor is approved, they will request that you apply for the CSQ.
