Anyone can help me, under CIC OUTLAND PR Spousal application.

Part 1: Sponsorship form
Part 2: Immigration form
Part 3: Information guides
Sponsored relatives must follow specific instructions depending on where they live. To find their region, use the list below.

My question is do i need to include the Part 3: Information guides on my PR application as well? Because it state for sponsored relatives, i am kinda confused.

Please help.

You do not need to include the entire guide, however there could be some forms/checklists embedded inside the 'Country specific guides' which you might have to fill up and send with your application

Part 1 is for the sponsor to complete
Part 2 and 3 are for the spouse and dependents being sponsored so yes, you have to include what is being required in part 3. if you click on the link and then your country, a checklist will be shown. usually they include police clearances and birth certificates

Yes, you have to include Part 3. You are the sponsored relative in this case.
