Outland- he's living with me, do I list his name?

Hi, I am struggling with something in my application, and I do not want to give misinformation or be dishonest. And I really want to be able to actually live with my husband :S

My husband-to-be is an American, and he will be able to live with me via just visiting when we are married- we travel back down to the states often to visit his family, so outland is our best choice here. In the Sponsor Questionnaire, it asks me to list everyone who lives with me, and that will be my husband and my brother. Do I list him on that as he is the one being sponsored?

If that's his main address then yes. Lots of people apply outland who are residing with their partners in Canada. As long as he has legal status you won't have any problems.
