I am wondering if anyone knows when in the application my partner would be asked to get a medical exam. I will be sponsoring him, he is an Australian citizen and we are both currently living in the UK, so it will be an outland commonlaw sponsorship. We are trying to figure out when to send in our application, but cannot figure out how long we will have to enter the country once it is approved. I read on another thread that you have a year from the date of your medical, but I cannot figure out when he would be asked to get the medical. Does anyone have further information?
