OUTLAND APPLICATION WHILE STUDYING????

Hello guys,

Hope all of you are doing great. Today I have one simple question, we got an extension for my fiance's study permit that will allow her to study for another couple of years. My question is, can we get marry and then apply for PR and at the same time keep her study permit?

We don't want to lose the study permit while we apply for PR (Outland Application). Any experience on this situation?

There is no issue applying for PR while on a study permit. She will not lose her study permit.
