outland application question

Hello,

I am planning on submitting the outland application for my spouse. She is currently in India, she visited Canada on TRV for a couple of month and there was a fleeting plan of applying inland and I got her name added to my rental lease, bank accounts, utility bills but she had to go back to India, so going the outland route now. When I submit the outland application, will that be an issue that her name is present in the lease, bank statements, utility bills even when she is currently in India, should I write an explanation for this while submitting the application?

Not a problem. Explanation won't hurt, but keep it short and simple - eg she came with intent to prepare move and had to return to home for [some reason.]
