Outland application for US citizen looking for average processing times

Hi all,
Just curious to see the timelines for any US citizens with outland applications. After many emails it appears that my application is in process in Ottawa. Looking for some type of hope that processing is not 12 months per CIC's website.

Figures on the CIC website are, I think, the average processing times for 80% of applications to have been completed. Many will be faster and 20% might take (much) longer.

It was 13 months when we were in process.
We were finished in 7 months total.
