Hello I live in the United States and am applying to be P.R. in Canada. I know we have to send the Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Question 4: it asks Immigration Office requested for processing this information. Do I put Mississauga there?

I believe you will choose Ottawa (CPC-O) because that's where the American applications are processed. If there's a problem with the application (like red flags) they will then forward it to LA or NY, but hopefully it remains in Canada for the duration!

Yeah, you can put CPC-Ottawa there
I dont quite remember what I put..either NY or CPC-O but it doesn't matter...either way they'll get sent to Ottawa...and the redflag ones are only going to LA...
