Hello,
I have a question regarding my Outland application for my husband. We are both living in the US currently and it requests proof that we will be moving back with my spouse. Is it sufficient to provide them with a contract from my employer or would it be better to provide my husbands as well. I read somewhere that it is preferable to show evidence of planned employment in Canada for the person who is being sponsored. We can get a contract for my husband if that is ideal, but it is a somewhat sensitive subject at this time as all the details are not finalized and we do not want to rush his employer. If this will negatively effect our application, and possible result in a delay or rejection, we would definitely prefer to ask for my husbands contract so that we can submit it with our application. But if it is all the same, we would rather provide my contract of employment in Canada and have his later for the interview if needed.
Thanks for your help.
