Do u know where can I find "criteria in R124"....???
When they write R followed by a number, they're talking about the IRPR:

http://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/sor-2002-227/index.html

When they write A, it's the IRPA:

http://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts/I-2.5/

I'm not sure, but if you're using the inland application, it would probably be the in-Canada spouse sponsorship package. If it's outland, it would be the regular family class package.

In that quote I posted above, they mention something about "ticking the appropriate box" to continue processing even if a sponsorship application is refused. This is something that appears in regular spousal applications.

Yes, you'd need to specifically request an exemption on H&C grounds.

Hello again ;)....Do you think it would be a good idea to provide proof that my husband has Already been supporting me for 6 yeas....I have never collected any Social assistance...and he's always been working and also paying child support at the same time....It would show that he is able of doing both; paying child maitnance and providing for us....Plus I would definitely start working as soon as possible...and would not end up on SA!

Yes, I think it's good to show that you and he will both be contributing to supporting yourselves and paying the child support arrears.
