Out of status in the US and work experience. Help!!!

Hi guys. I have been in the US for the past 12 years out of status. I work as Retail Assistant Manager. I have my social security and I have paid my taxes for the past 11 years. I am registered in the company and since I have a social security, they never asked me for my working documents. I have an application as skilled worker in my home country becasue of my illegal status here. Will I have problems listing my working experience from here in the US since I do not have a working papers? Has anyone here in this forum, who is or was in the same situation and applied in his or her home country listing the working experince from here in the US?

You are ok with those employers. All they want to see is that you worked there. Skilled Worker program does not care what your status is. It is based on points. If you get to 67, then you get the PR Card regardless of where you are at. Which country did you apply from?

you might find it difficult to go back to your country if they call you for an interview and then come back to the US.

No you can;t have a representative do the interview and they don't do phone interviews for Skilled Worker.

no 1 can give interview on your behalf not even your mother/father/siblings.... and about showing this working experience i would say again as i told earlier to some1 else that when evr you'll ask for whether you went out of status anywhere you'll have to mention it this will eventually weaken your case and also when they ask for criminal checks you would hav to contact fbi for this to clear you in that and i think then probably you'll have problems for your illegal issue...

Not true. When you submit a background check request to FBI, they will only check if you have an arrest record and will mail back your fingerprint card with the result. The FBI will not look into your legal status in the USA.
