Hello Team
I need your help. I have only a few days left to take decision can you please help me..

I got my study visa from January 2018 to December 2020.
Because of some reasons I was not able to attend my college and I registered my marriage and apply for the work visa, I got a rejection, the officer clearly mentioned to leave the country because am out of status. even am not eligible for restoring my status.
so am planning to leave Canada now,
I have a few questions??

Am I eligible for applying TRP?
if yes, if I applied for TRP is there any possibility they will not put deportation on me...

If I move back to India, my student visa is valid till 31 Dec 2020. so is there any way to come back to Canada on the same visa if I will get an offer letter from any college?
please reply...your help will help me a lot to take the decision.

But you have given no detail on why you did not abide by the conditions of your study visa? What was the reason? You have simply stated "because of some reasons", so, what was the reasons, that stopped you from using the study visa you applied for ? Then never used, got married, and then applied for the open work permit?[/QUOTE]

Hello it was not planned to quiet study, I just changed my college and going to start my study from 5 of March from another college" I attached my offer letter with the work visa application"
unfortunately, my bf met with an accident on 7 February then we decide for marriage..we got married on 17 of March then we wait of marriage certification and after certification, we apply for the visa on 26 June. now we got a rejection.
what should I need to do?
do I need to leave Canada ? or need to go for TRP..?
if I leave Canada,
after leaving Canada is there any possibility to come to Canada on my same study visa if I got an offer letter from another college?
please advice

If its deportation, which means you are out of status you have only one month to leave the country. In that month if you dont leave canada then they will issue deportaion orders. You cannot just get a TRP with Study permit, you need to be a full time student no matter whenever you get married, you have to be full time student and there should be no gap between the studies.
For your study visa, if you dont attend your college after the 90 days it becomes invalid that is why you are out of status. Having a stamp on passport wouldn't let you in the country if you go back to indian and come again to canada.

If you have been told to leave Canada by IRCC, that is what you are required to do. I suspect that your study permit/visa are no longer any use. You will probably need to reapply from outside Canada.
