Sorry, what does AIP stand for?
If the owp is sent before the pr application, he can still proceed to work?

AIP stands for Approved in Principle.
Typically for inland, it comes very late in the stage. We got it after PA passed medical, PCC, and background check. Basically, just the "process" to get the landing . (that's before virual landing is being done. so ... it may or may not be different)

also, having trouble viewing your account but can i ask how your timeline/application went? is it still in process?

My application was received february 2020, interview july 2022, I got the work permit august 4, 2022. every case is different and the time too.
