I have great news, everyone! I got a reply from the Czech embassy and as long as my passport is not expired, they do NOT require any proof of my status in Canada. That would be only required in case it was already expired. I will be flying to Toronto to renew it next month. I am extremely relieved now and will be finally able to sleep tonight. Thank you everyone for your support without being judgmental, as I am already feeling extremely anxious and guilty about this whole situation. Thank you again!
