Out of Country Application - Jamaica

I have three questions:

1. I tried to check the application online and received an "Error 502" message. Does anyone know what that means?

2. I am sponsoring my husband who is in Jamaica. The application was received by Immigration on April 1, 2019. Medicals were completed in June or July, 2019. Any idea how much longer we will have to wait for an interview?

3. Will his interview be held in Jamaica or in Canada upon arrival?

Interview will be Outland. As in Jamaica.

The February and March Applicants Recently got through in December....So You should be coming up soon... Stay Blessed

My husbands app was received in march of last year to kvo. Medicals done march. Then no word until sept for interview request.
