Out of compliance by 43 days. Card valid until October 2023 - will i be reported?

No-one can say for sure, esp since you give no other details, but if you return soon (while only a bit out of compliance) you probably won't be reported. If asked why out of compliance 'something something covid' won't hurt.

Bottom line in your case is probably simple: more trouble than it's worth for a border officer, easier to let you in and let you 'demonstrate' (by staying in Canada) that you're a resident. And if you don't, easier decision later (and for someone else).

Okay, you're only a bit out of compliance and at least partly settled in Canada with a valid PR card.

Again, only my guess - but chances decent you will not have any problems. I doubt the airport matters.

If asked why, again, at least saying delay is partially due to covid issues will nor hurt.

I would be surprised if they reported - most likely would only be a warning to keep an eye on your compliance. Even if reported, you'll be let in to Canada.

Relax and just tell the truth, mention covid (as an issue for all partially).

After i enter - I know i have to stay in Canada straight for 2 years.
Do you know if my parents can get a visitor visa to visit me during this time? I mean if i give a reference letter in the PR application - can that trigger a RO check on my permanent residency?

No, sending an invitation letter does not seem to trigger anything. Only a sponsorship and you don't sponsor them for visitor visas.
