After few weeks of gathering necessary information and documentation, see below, the plan we would be sending by the end of this week.

The Plan:

Health or Social Service Requirements:

According to the Medical reports and Doctor’s recommendation what our son will require are: (though CIC did not list any specific requirement)
- Auditory Verbal Therapy; to help in developing his communication and language skills.
- Mapping of Cochlear Speech Processor; once in a year.

1. Myself, my wife and kids ave international private medical insurance. I will be sending the Insurance coverage and the insurance cards for my son and all of us.

2. We received a signed letter of agreement with the private organization that will be offering him the Auditory verbal therapy needed with the cost to be 5,000CDN per school year which makes it 25,000CDN for 5 years.
The insurance covers his therapy.

3. We have a letter from the private Christian regular school in Canada, saying they are ready to champion his educational development of our son, thereby offering him a place in the school wit the cost of 5,500 per school session making it 27,700 for 5 years.

4. We are also providing a letter for the correspondence course my wife had in other to be able to assist our son in Auditory Verbal therapy at home as she has been doing before.

5. Finally, we are providing our statement of over 50,000USD as the proof that we can fund the above.

Do you think this is okay? Is there anything you think I still need to add? Please feel free to send me your comments. They will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Qorax and senior members please be kind enough to make your contribution.

Sir,

I think its a shame that such blatant discrimination exists for highly skilled, highly educated, financially stable people because they have a child with "special needs". I hope this outdated mentality changes and I wish your son the best of health. Having said this, i think the letter is good, very clearly shows your ability and intent to take care of your child as you have been before becoming an immigrant. May God Bless You All.

Kind Regards,
