Hi all

When I try to submit my express entry application I face the following error message:


Our Online Services Are Currently Down
System-generated error code:ATPXEZPE (2015-07-24 10:06:42)


Sorry

This on-line service is currently not available.

Possible reasons::

We are currently updating this Web site.
We are experiencing technical difficulties.
Please try again later.

What do you suppose me to do?
It is about 5 days I face this message.

Try a different browser or completely refresh the one you are using. CIC has been down recently, but not for that long.

I used safari and I refreshed it but the problem still exists. I already tried Firefox and Internet explorer.
But nothing changed. I emailed the problem for cic.

I want to use Internet Explorer again to see what will happen.
Do you have any idea?

Try to work at the Canadian morning time.

I faced this too but was resolved when i worked only in the daytime according to Toronto timing.

I use Safari and my partner uses Chrome, and I have far more problems with the CIC website, but not as many as you have! Try Chrome. If that fails, borrow a PC instead of using your mac, as painful as that may be.

what you need to do is:

#delete/withdraw current profile
#log out and clear browser cookies and history
#submit a new one profile with the same GC key.

let me know if that works.

If you have tried all those browsers AND different computers - are all the computers are the same network, which is denying you access for some reason? Give us the exact URL you are trying.

I can assure you that the CIC website has not been down for all that time.

im on same boat . cic as k to submit additional document and gave me 1 week time and now time is over i cant submitted .same message come all the time :-[ :o
 
When I search Internet I see some other users had faced this error before too.
I contacted them but I got nothing!!!
Contact cic also did not have any results.
